At OpinionPays, we value your time and insights. This policy outlines how rewards are earned, calculated, and paid out to our global panel members.

            Core Payout Terms:

            • Minimum Payout: $50.00 USD (12,500 Pts)

            • Conversion Rate: 250 Points = $1.00 USD

            • Processing Time: 24 – 72 hours

            • Payment Methods: PayPal, Amazon Gift Cards, Virtual Visa, and local bank transfers (where available).

1. Earning Rewards

Rewards are credited to your account upon the successful completion of a survey study. A "Successful Completion" is defined as reaching the "Thank You" or "Completion" page of the survey after providing honest and consistent answers.

2. Disqualifications and Screening

Not every participant will qualify for every survey. If you are screened out early in a survey, it is usually because your profile does not match the specific criteria required by the researcher. In some cases, a small "Screen-out Bonus" may be applied at the platform's discretion.

3. Payment Processing

Once you request a withdrawal, our team performs a manual security audit to ensure the integrity of the data provided. This process typically takes 24 to 72 hours. During peak periods or for first-time payouts, this may take up to 5 business days.

4. Fraud and Reversals

Research partners may reverse rewards if they detect fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to:

Using a VPN or Proxy to mask your location.
Providing inconsistent or contradictory answers across different surveys.
"Speeding" (completing surveys significantly faster than the average time).
Failing attention-check questions.

Accounts found engaging in systematic fraud will be permanently suspended, and all pending rewards will be forfeited.

5. Taxes

Panelists are responsible for any local taxes or fees associated with receiving rewards in their respective countries.
