1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on OpinionPays, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Eligibility and Membership

To be a member of OpinionPays, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). Membership is limited to one account per individual and one account per household. Multiple accounts will be terminated immediately.

3. Participation and Conduct

As a member, you agree to provide honest and accurate information in your profile and during survey participation. Any attempt to provide fraudulent data, use automated bots, or manipulate survey results will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all rewards.

4. Rewards and Payouts

Rewards are earned by successfully completing surveys and other research tasks. Payouts are subject to a minimum threshold of **$50.00 (12,500 Pts)**. We reserve the right to verify your identity before processing any redemption requests to prevent fraud and ensure research quality. All rewards are calculated based on the standard conversion rate of 250 Points = $1.00 USD.

5. Confidentiality

As a panelist, you may be exposed to confidential information about new products, branding, or services. You agree not to disclose, copy, or share any survey content or materials with third parties or on social media.

6. Termination

OpinionPays reserves the right to terminate your membership at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all unredeemed rewards will be voided.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall OpinionPays or its parent company, Insightolytics LLC, be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Insightolytics LLC is registered, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
